An Evening with Alpasion Wines

On July 20th, we will be joined by Alpasión Wines to bring our guests a remarkable five-course tasting dinner paired with these wonderful Argentinian wines. Chef Daniel Brunina will present each course and will be joined by Sandra Zotti, Alpasión brand ambassador, who will guide guests throughout the dinner.
Alpasión is the result of the efforts of a group of friends who share a great passion for life and a desire to build a lasting legacy. The name of the brand reflects just that - Alma, meaning soul, and Pasión, meaning passion, in Spanish. Alpasión is a premium producer located at 12,000 to 15,000 meters above sea level in the Upper Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina. As a boutique, organic winery, their food and wine practices in sustainability are paramount to their vision and align very closely with ours.
