Born and raised in Hunterdon County, Nash celebrates the seasons by spending as much time outdoors as possible. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2018 and is incredibly passionate about food and supporting local growers and producers. When not focused on food, Nash spends time skateboarding, snowboarding, hiking, and fishing. His favorite way to enjoy the great outdoors is to cook over a live fire. Nash is so grateful to have the opportunity to share his appreciation for the local food system with his community.
