Born and raised in New Jersey, Jes began working in restaurants in 2013 in New York City, and began his career in the management training program with Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group. Jes honed his sense of hospitality and focused on providing high-end service with management positions in the renowned groups Crafted Hospitality and Major Food Group. After several years working in New York, Jes decided to bring his knowledge of fine dining and his extensive managerial experience home to New Jersey. His goal was to provide high-level dining in comfortable and approachable environments. As a general manager with Harvest Restaurant Group, Jes did just that while fostering a positive and fulfilling work environment for his staff. He is incredibly proud to bring his expertise to Sergeantsville and provide an enjoyable and memorable dining experience to guests visiting the inn.
