Motherfire Tasting with Chef Daniel Brunina

Join us at Ironbound Farm for a special feast with a menu developed by Chef Daniel Brunina and Ironbound’s Farmer-Chef Alec Gioseffi that highlights the local terroir.

The evening begins with a gathering around the Motherfire — Ironbound's Argentinian-inspired cooking hearth that sits at the heart of their Cider Garden. Guests will have a ring-side seat as chefs roast, grill, and cook over open fire — transforming produce gathered from the fields and forest into a tasty selection of innovative small-bites. The evening of experiential eating then moves table-side for a multi-course, family-style meal. 

Throughout the evening cocktail pairings, prepared by Ironbound's mixologists, will be served: all created with Ironbound's ciders, wines, fortified ciders and botanicals grown on the farm.
