presented with a red potato Asiago gratin, a pinot noir demi-glaze,
a soubise and braising greens

a sauté of white wine. garlic, gulf shrimp, tomatoes, spinach
and fresh mozzarella over linguini

Rack of Lamb
herb and black pepper encrusted with
fingerling potatoes and fresh asparagus
